Schleswig Holstein Lauenberg from 1864 till 1866 under condominium of Austria and Prussia.
(b) Sudan under condominium of Great Britain and Egypt.

New Hebrides under condominium of Great Britain and France.

Islands of Canton and Enderbury under condominium of Great Britain and USA.
Ryuku Islands
USA as custodian of those Islands exercised "all and every form of administration, legislation and jurisdiction over the territory and inhabitants of those islands, including their territorial waters". This was pending the U.N. placing the islands under trusteeship.
Egypt

Between 1882 1922 Great Britain assumed certain functions in Egypt while the Khedive remained under Turkish sovereignty.
Tangiers
1922-1956 Sultan of Morocco remained sovereign and held full authority over the Moorish population but the city was administered by the Powers.

Leases
(a) 1888 British East Africa Company leased territory from Zanzibar and acquired full powers of administration in the Sultan's name. In 1891 residue was converted into a perpetual lease for an annual payment and in 1895 it was taken over by the British Government.

1898 Port Arthur leased to Russia for 25 years ed to Japan.

China in 1898 leased Kauchau to Japan for 99 years and China agreed not to exercise any rights of sovereignty during the term.

1898 Great Britain took lease of Wei Hai Wei.
(e) France took lease of Kwan-Chow-Wan.
