1. Lord Belstead was interested to read your minute of 22 March about Lord St John of Bletso.

Although he does spend some time still in South Africa, Lord St John comes on a regular basis to the House of Lords, and Lord Belstead knows him.

Lord St John has not made contact with Lord Belstead so far on the subject of Hong Kong.
