VISITS TO LONDON: ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

1. I am grateful for all the hard work done over the visit to London by the Governor and Unofficials. I think they got good service.

2. Drawing on that experience I attach a check list of points be considered. You and Mr Burton may wish to add to this. It should then be finalised and used for subsequent visits. Not all the points will apply in all cases but may need to be considered as possibilities.
