PARLIAMENTARY QUESTION ON IMMIGRATION BY LORD AVEBURY

I refer to your minute of 9 March.

2. Both Bermuda and St Helena have confirmed that no changes have been made to their immigration ordinances since the BNA 1982.

If a supplementary is asked about contemplated changes we can reply that no immediate changes are planned.

4. No doubt NTD will advise on the recent requests (including one sent to No 10 by the St Helena Legislative Council) that citizens of St Helena be given the same access to the UK as those of the Falkland Islands.
