In my letter of 9 December 1981, I said that, as a result of the representations made by your constituent, Mr Christopher

Dawson, the Commissioner Against Corruption in Hong Kong had

written to the Editor of the Birmingham Evening 'Mail. At that

time the Mail had not published the letter. It has now done so

and I attach a copy of it for your information.
