was convicted

of the murder of WONG Chun-leung and was sentenced to death.

A copy of the trial Judge's report on the case is at Annex A.

On 23 March 1982, the Court of Appeal dismissed the petitioner's appeal against his conviction.

His petition for clemency, made through the Commissioner of Correctional Services, is at Annex B.
