I hereby undertake that in performance of the contract no goods or services which are not of United Kingdom origin will be supplied by the Contractor other than those specified in paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 8 above.
Note: For the purpose of this declaration the United Kingdom
includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
