Department is upheld, I will have lost my employment, future

affairs. If so, what are the real reasons, if any? Since this

decision is going to adversely affect my livelihood and reputa-

tion, I think I am entitled to know the specific reasons behind

it, and why it was made in such an abrupt and unfair fashion.

Thus, I object to this re-classification and request a reconsi-

deration of my case.

12. In conclusion, I believe that I have set forth every

reason why I should be allowed to stay and continue my work in

Hong Kong. I believe that I deserve a fair and just hearing of

my objections, and I request that I receive in writing the reasons

upon which you base the decision to either dismiss or grant my

appeal.
