A course of study at certain other educational institutions, e.g. Far East Flying Training School, Institute of Business Administration. (Before approval
is granted the Director of Education is to be consulted about the standing of the course and of the school, and his consent obtained.)

Notwithstanding the above, applications which
do not meet all of the above requirements, but nevertheless merit sympathetic treatment, can be considered as applications for the entry of students from Taiwan in particularly deserving circumstances. (The entry of
non CPG sponsored students from China is not permitted.)
6.
Specific requests received by the Hong Kong Government from another Government for educational facilities to be made available for individuals or groups of its own nationals, under full sponsorship, will receive special consideration on their merits, by consultation between the Director of Education and Director of Immigration. Where applications in this category concern admission to a University, the appropriate authority will be consulted.
