Paragraph 3(2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the following

(i) a British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen; or

(ii) a British subject; or

(iii) a British protected person; and".

Paragraph 3(2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph ( and substituting the following
