Regulation 80(2)(a) is amended by deleting. "British subject" and substituting the following
"Commonwealth citizen".
Paragraph 3(2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the following
"(a) is not -
(i) a British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen; or
(ii) a British subject; or
(iii) a British protected person; and".
Paragraph 3(2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph ( and substituting the following
