Amendment

4. Section 22(1) is amended by deleting "citizen of · the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizen, British Dependent Territories citizen or British Overseas citizen".

1. Section 2(2) is amended by deleting the definition of "national of the receiving State and substituting the following

"national of the receiving State" shall be construed

as meaning

a British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen; or

(a)

(b)

a British subject; or

(c)

a British protected person."
