Section 8(1) is amended by deleting "British subjects" and substituting the following

1 The long title to the Ordinance is amended by deleting "citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizens, British Dependent Territories citizens or British Overseas citizens".

2. Section 4 is amended by deleting "citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the followingy-

"British citizens, British Dependent Territories citizens or British Overseas citizens".

3. Section 18 is amended by deleting "citizens of the United Kingdom and the Colonies" and substituting the following

"British citizens, British Dependent Territories citizens or British Overseas citizens".
