traffic will further add to and complicate the marine traffic flow in Urmston Road, bearing in Žad onlyja, zpsmind the large and high risk vessels that will

be using that stretch of water; there is no doubt that this situation can be avoided in respect of Chep Lap Kok;

the remarks at (a)(ii) and (iii) apply here; the development of shipping facilities by the PRC to the north of Deep Bay must be taken into account, the type of development suggests that there will be a significant amount of large vessel traffic;

(ii) the existing river trade traffic must not be

overlooked;

(iii) there is a large fishing fleet based on Tuen

Mun and their activities may conflict with the flow of high speed ferries to Deep Bay, D.A.l'. should be consulted regarding this aspect as he will be able to comment on their fishing patterns.
