1. You will have seen the request from Mr Holmes in the Private Office that PCD initiate a submission on the question of which routes the Prime Minister's aircraft would take outward and back on her Far Eastern tour, and I attach a draft on which I would be grateful for your comments, as well as those of the other recipients of this minute.

2. I am not attaching the draft letter since its wording is virtually identical to that of the draft submission.
