I believe that the Prime Minister will be willing in principle to open Castle Peak A but I am sure her diary will be very full over the next year and as we all know only too well overseas visits can become the victim of some short term crisis at home. May I ask that we leave open the possibility of approaching the Prince of Wales to ask if he would undertake the ceremony if it were delayed until early 1983? I hope this will not cause any difficulty.
