Mr Benyon will be visiting Hong Kong on business from 18 January for two or three days. He will be setting up an operation to advise Hong Kong businessmen about inward investment in UK or Europe. He will be seeing Sir J Cater (Hong Kong Govt. Office). He would welcome introductions, although he has been in Hong Kong once before.
