As you know, the Hong Kong Government pays each year for up to eight MPs (4from each party) to visit and see Hong Kong. I believe the list is drawn up in consultation with Paul Bryan.

I have just seen the attached list of MPs who visited Hong Kong last year, for whatever reason. You may not be aware of the extent of private visits to Hong Kong, certainly I myself had no idea.

I would like a word with you at some stage about which MPs we might steer in the direction of the Hong Kong Government invitation in the future.
