I wonder if you would be good enough to direct the attached letter to whoever in the Embassy will be arranging the programme for the Defence Committee visit? I copied my letter of 1 February to Mr Morland.
2. Please let me know if it is felt that greater guidance is required from the Clerk as to the form the programme should take.
3. I should be glad to receive outline programmes from all posts in due course and I will be requesting assistance with administrative arrangements, transport and payment of subsistence etc. nearer the time.
