Visas
Members of the party will require an entry visa for the United States. Any Member requiring a visa should bring his passport to the Committee Office by Wednesday 16 June.

Air tickets
Tickets for the visit will be provided in advance and sent to Members of the Committee. Please indicate if for any reason, you require your ticket before Wednesday 23 June 1932.

MOD Liaison
The Committee will be accompanied during the visit by Peter Andrew, Liaison Officer from the Ministry of Defence.
9.
Insurance
A note giving insurance details will be circulated in due course. Members are advised that these provisions cover only the period during which the Committee are officially on the visit, (from the time of arrival of the main party to its departure). Relatively modest provision is made for baggage insurance and Members may wish to take out their own insurance for this purpose.
