Travel

The main party will travel to USA on Monday 28 June from Heathrow Airport on 34 277 at 11.30 hours. Check in at Terminal 3 at 10.30 hours. It is assumed that Yembers will travel independently to Heathrow.

On the return journey, the main party will fly from Bong Kong on Tuesday 13 July on BA20 leaving at 21.00 hours and arriving at Heathrow at 05.05 hours on Wednesday, 14 July.

Expenses

Each Member of the party is entitled to a subsistence allowance to cover the cost of food and accommodation during the visit. The following per diem rates are payable: Washington US $108.55; Tokyo 23,000 yen; Hong Kong HK $920 approx. Arrangements will be made to pay Members' their subsistence entitlement in advance after which they will then become responsible for their own bills.
