Thank you for your letter of 28 December.
delighted that Christopher Murphy and Bowen Wells welcome
the idea of a Commonwealth Seminar.
I fully agree that such a seminar will need careful
preparation. I have asked the Office here for names
and ideas, and will be in touch with you again shortly.
So far as timing is concerned, it would be helpful
from my point of view if the seminar could be
in the second half of March rather than the first
half.
