CHAPTER III
On the Administration of Justice
Article 51 Administration of ordinary justice in the territory of Macao will continue to fall under the legislation passed by the organs
of sovereignty of the Republic.
Article 52 1. The Service of the Public Attorney (Ministério Público) in Macao, will be provided by an Attorney of the Republic and a
Public Prosecutor.
2. The Delegation of the Attorney of the Republic's Office, the Registry and Notary Services, and the Judiciary Police, will fall under the supervision of the Attorney of the Republic, who will also be in charge of the Government's legal advisory office, of which the
Public Prosecutor will also be a member.
Article 53 - 1. The representatives of the Prosecuting Gounsel will receive the instructions conveyed to them by the Governor in connection
with the defence of the rights and interests of Macao, except in that which relates to legal technique.
2. The representatives of the Prosecuting Counsel will be subject to the general legislation of the Republic for disciplinary purposes, and in matters relating to their rights and duties.

CHAPTER IV
on financial administration
The territory of Macao has assets and liabilities of its own and is liable for the debts and commitments arising from its acts and contracts, in terms of the law, the Government being responsible for the manner in which its property and revenues are used.
Article 55 Vacant land or that which has not definitely become a rivate or public property, and other movable or immovable items. ich do not have an owner, located inside the boundaries of the rritory of Macao, will form part of the territory's property as ell as any other property it may purchase or which may rightfully long to it, located outside the territory, namely profit sharing and her forms of revenue intended for the territory.
