(J) Any shaman who incompetently performs his work in the capacity in which he has first employed under this Agreement may be re-rated by the Master and transferred to other duties, but re-rating shall not affect his remuneration under this Agreement.
(K) A seaman shall submit to the orders of the Master or to the laws of any country within the territorial jurisdiction of which the ship may enter, to have such vaccination or innoculation or to take such medicine or precautionary measures for the safeguard of the health of himself and the whole crew.
(L) In the event of the employer becoming liable for any expenses under section 26 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 to afford the employer every facility to prosecute in his name any claim in respect of such expenses and to allow the employer reasonable discretion in the conduct of any proceedings for the settlement of any claim in respect of such expenses.
(M) (a) That the employment shall be terminated on the expiration
of the engagement, or when the Mastor and the seaman have mutually consented to the termination or by the death of the seaman, or by the total loss ot total unseaworthiness of the vessel, or otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

(b) That the employer shall only be entitled to discharge the
seaman at any place outside Hong Kong in accordance with the United Kingdom law.
(c) That the employer shall be entitled to dismiss the seaman from employment in accordance with the United Kingdom law
(i)
If the Seaman is incompetent, or continuously incapacitated, by reason of illness or injury for the duties for which he has been employed or
(ii) If in the opinion of the Master the continued employment
of the seaman is likely to be prejudicial to the safety of the ship or those on board or to the maintenance of good order, or
(iii) If the seaman having been notified of the time the vessel
is due to sail is absent without leave at the time fixed for sailing and the vessel proceeds to sea without him or if substitutes have been engaged. Substitutes shall not however be engaged on a Crew Agreement more than two hours before the time vixed for sailing, or
(iv) The seaman organises or engages in gambling on borad.
(a) That if the seaman through careless or other wrongful conduct is absent without leave or misses the sailing of the ship, his liability to the employer shall, subject to the provisions of section 89 and the regulation under section 9 be as provided in the terms of service annexed hereto.
(e) That wages will not accrue for any hours during which a seaman
refuses or neglects to work when required, or is absent without leave, or for any period during which a seaman is incapable of performing his duties by person of illness or injury which has been caused by his own/wilful act or default.
