lations under s. 46(1) (e), (f), (h) and (k) under preparation by EPA, for discussion at Water Quality Folicy Committee in December 1982.

(d) Consideration being

given to declaration of First Appointed Day (FAD).

Drafting instructions for Regulations under section 17 are now under discussion with Legal Department.

Revised proposals for Regulations agreed by Agricultural Waste Policy Committee (9.6.82). EPA to produce drafting ins- tructions for Regulations under s. 15 and s. 33 of the Ordinance.
