To implement the Ordinance by controlling emissions into bodies of water currently at risk.

(a) Drafting instructions for Regulations under s. 46(1)(a)-(d) are under consideration within the Branch following submission by EPA.

(b) Proposals for Regu-

lations under

s. 46(1)(i) Fees and charges discussed by Water Quality Policy Committee on 6.10.82. Further thought being given to the proposals.

To issue drafting ins- tructions and consult SCLW and EPCOM on draft Regu- lations.

To determine the best method of fee charging in consultation with the Finance Branch and then to

prepare drafting ins- tructions for the Regulations.
