ExCo endorsed the Consultants' conceptual development plan for Junk Bay New Town.
Development beyond the 26,000 population threshold to be considered in the light of other territorial options by the end of 1983.

(i) Report on short term options for the disposal of fill accepted by L & Conference.
(ii) LDPC considered the Consultants'
report on key issues.
Next Quarter Targets

Initial works, detailed design and planning of infrastructure for the full development of Junk Bay to proceed a8 agreed by LDPC.

(i) Report findings to be
examined in a wider territorial context via the Public Dumping Co-ordinating Committee.
