(b) Financial guidelines for DBS
are being reviewed to include possible widening of the ambit of DB funds and raising the limit of expenditure of DB funds under delegated authority, etc.
(c) Standing Orders for DBs issued
to DBS for consideration.
(d) The training needs of unofficial
members are being looked into with a view to organizing orientation programmes for unofficial members.
(d) To encourage eligible voters to turn out on the polling day.
(a) To monitor progress and
extension of scheme to other districts and review the scheme.
(b) To draw up revised
financial guidelines for DBs.
(c) To issue revised Standing
Orders for DBs.
(d) To draw up presentation/ briefing programmes.
