Planning Standards.

2. The Consultants' draft final report on the reclamation and further terminal expansion has been received.
3. Plans to move existing Short
Term Tenancy holders have been finalized.
4. Gazetting of the reclamation
is in hand.
5. Container Port Executive
Committee has been appointed
(ESB).
The review on both KMB's and CMB's depot requirements has been completed. Reports are being finalised.
Reviews of the following major planning standards are in progress:
(a) Standards of provision for
industrial land: Revised HKOP chapter on Industry, including revisions to the basic para- meters for industrial classifi- cation, worker occupancy rates and plot ratios was considered
