The following information is required to be listed under the name of each of the Dependent Territories of the United Kingdom (Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands and Dependencies, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, St Helena and Dependencies, Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia in the island of Cyprus, and Turks and Caicos Islands):
1. The title and Statutory Instrument number of the UK
Order in Council which extended the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 to the territory in modified form.

The reference given to the above UK Order in the legislative series of the territory.
The titles and reference numbers of Orders made by the territory designating the UK and other Commonwealth countries for the purpose of the Order at 1 above.
The UK Orders extending to the territory the fugitive offenders provisions of the Genocide Act, Hijacking Act, Protection of Aircraft Act and Internationally Protected Persons Act.
The references given to the UK Orders at 4 above in the legislative series of the territory.
6. Details of any other UK legislation applied by or
enacted in the territory as regards fugitive offenders.

Similar details are required for the entry in respect of St Christopher and Nevis, an Associated State for whose international relations the UK is responsible.
The above project which would involve direct correspondence with the competent authorities of the Dependent Territories, would be undertaken under the general supervision of the Legal Procedures Section, Nationality and Treaty Department, Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
