17. Travel Agents should not be debarred from offering rebates on

air fares to high-volume customers, such as Government

Departments. (5.48)

Departments should be encouraged to use travel agents in order

to obtain maximum savings on air travel. (5.51)

20. UKREP (EC) and other multilateral posts should be authorised

to carry out an annual review of the balance of representation

(between visitors and the post) at regular series of meetings, using

delegation at major sessions of international organisations, when there

has been substantial inter-sessional work conducted by him. (7.22)
