'To ask the Prime Minister, if she has any plans to visit any of the United Kingdom Dependent Territories'.

We propose to submit draft reply: 'I plan to visit Hong Kong in September. I have no plans at present to visit any of the other Dependent Territories'. We are also required to submit a background note. I attach a draft.

3. I should be grateful if you could let Mr Livesey of this Department have your comments, including any additional information which might usefully be included in the background note, by NOON FRIDAY 25 JUNE.
