Please refer to Mr McQuade's circular minute dated 24 June about the PQ from Mr George Foulkes to the Prime Minister enquiring about visits to dependent territories. May I suggest an addition to paragraph 3 of the background note as follows ''Mr McQuarry has also tabled a question asking whether the Prime Minister will visit Gibraltar. The reply, saying that she has no plans to do so, is due to appear on 6 July.''
