These comparisons show that one bullet stated to have

been removed from the body, the bullet stated to have been found

between the clothing, the bullet stated to have been found on the

floor below the switch and the bullet stated to have been found in

the drawer had all been fired in the revolver RHKP 4894. The other

bullet stated to have been recovered from the body was too distorted

for comparison purposes. All five cartridge cases were fired in

the revolver RHKP 4894.

I have measured the minimum force necessary to operate

the trigger mechanism of the revolver and I have obtained the

following values :-

Single action

3 lbs

Double action

10 lbs
