I have considered whether these bullets could have been
(1) Discharged accidentally by the deceased or another person
(2) Deliberately discharged by the deceased
(3) Deliberately discharged by another person
Accepting that the bullets from the body and those found
HOMANTIN.
in the flat at Normantin Hill were discharged from the revolver shown in the photographs C/1G and C/1J accidental discharge by
the deceased or anyone else can be completely discounted.
