Thus, at the present time, while not the object of any criminal or disciplinary proceedings I am informed that my service is to be terminated. It is inevitable that when I seek future employment, my prospective employer, will enquire about my last employment and the reasons for my leaving it. If the present position continues I shall be unable to give any reason and this will doubtless result in my having extreme difficulty in finding a willing employer.
Therefore, if my service is to be terminated, I consider it imperative that I should be given some reason for this step being taken and I would respectfully request that I should be in- formed of the reason or reasons in writing as soon as possible so that I may give this matter careful consideration before my effective date of termination.
