Dear Sir,

I have to inform you that your service is to be terminated with effect from a date to be determined by the Commissioner of Police by payment of one month's salary in lieu of notice in accordance with paragraph 14.1(a) of the Memorandum on Conditions of Service for Cverseas Officers (G.F. 41) attached to the letter dated 8th February 1978 offering you appointment.

You will be granted the vacation leave and gratuity that you have earned, terminal baggage allowance at the appropriate rate, and a homeward passage to your country of origin.
