Amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

{

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration

(Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1981.

Amendment of section 2. (Cap. 115.)

2.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) by inserting after the definition of "captain"

the following

""certificate of identity" means a

document, other than a document

of identity, which is issued by

the Director of Immigration for the

purpose of international travel to

a person who is not the holder of, and

is unable to obtain, a valid travel

document;"; and

(b) by inserting after the definition of "Director"

the following
