to come to the United Kingdom and this has been passed on to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The question of difficulties regarding

not being issued with a visa by the Hong Kong authorities, are properly for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to respond to and I am therefore copying your letter to Peter Blaker at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for him to reply to you on this matter.
