(3) For the purposes of subsection (1) -

(a) paragraph, (c) of subsection (3) of section 3

shall be so construed as to include any

international organisation of which the

relevant territory or the government of

that territory is a member by virtue of the

membership of the United Kingdom or Her

Majesty's government therein;

(b).

the words "paragraphs 2 and 3 (but not

paragraphs 4 or 5)" in paragraph (a) of

subsection (1) of section 5 shall be replaced

by the words "paragraphs 2 tö 5";

(c) the words "section 5A(1)" in paragraph (b)

of subsection (1) of section 5 shall be

(a)

replaced by the words "section 5A (2)"

the references in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 5 and in paragraph (b) of subsection
