Robin McLaren and I recently had lunch with John Wu of Trafalgar Housing.

We talked about Tin Shui Wai, although nothing new was said. However, John Wu later passed me a copy of a letter from the Chairman of Mightycity to Mike Sandberg of the Hongkong Bank. I enclose a copy for your own information (Wu did not ask us to pass it on). The brunt of Mr Yu's complaint was that the developers had not had a substantive response from the Hong Kong Government to their proposals. I see that EXCO were to discuss this on 7 July so presumably a response, even if not all that the developer hoped for, will by now have been made.
