2. You may, however, like to see the enclosed copy of a minute I wrote last week describing a conversation with Michael Banks of Trafalgar Holdings. Paragraphs 4-8, on the face of it, run somewhat counter to the indications which you have been getting, but it is obviously much too early to build anything on that.
