Mr. Hilton Cheong-Leen, Chairman of the Urban Council, and four other Urban Councillors will be visiting Britain during the period 13th September to 27th September 1981. The group intends tentatively to visit London, Birmingham and Edinburgh and should be in London, arriving Monday, 14th September; leaving for Birmingham on Sunday, 20th September.

The members of the group would very much like to pay a call on you and I should be grateful if you could let me know of a convenient time during the period in London when you could see the group.
