LORD CARRINGTON'S INTERVIEW WITH THE FAR EASTERN ECONOMIC REVIEW

As you know, Lord Carrington gave an interview to Derek Davies of the FEER in Hong Kong at the end of March during his Far Eastern tour. An official record was not taken of the interview which we understand was not particularly successful. However we have been a little surprised not to see any reference to it in the FEER or elsewhere. Just for the record, could you let us know whether or not you are aware of anything having appeared?
