Two meetings were held with Social Welfare Department, Transport Department regulations to and Medical and Health Deparrment on 22 and 26 October to resolve last minute queries on whether the proposed means-tested scheme should be extended to the driving licence fee and fee for certificate of fitness to drive. A revised Executive Council Memorandum is being drafted.
