Mr. Lo is sharp and witty, but can be extremely persistent. He prides himself in putting forth very severe criticism of the Administration. His views are often very sound and to the point but not necessarily the most practical at times. He has an almost disconcerting tendency to be erratic. His outspoken attitude is often applauded by the public although his social circles are mainly confined to the upper income group.
His interests are bridge (he is a player of international standard), poker, swimming, fishing and tennis.
