During the period 1978/1981, the British Government provided a total of £9.6 million of grant in aid/budgetary aid to Gibraltar and made provision for £l million for technical assistance. The British Government provides no defence aid to Gibraltar although, of course the Gibraltar Regiment and other defence facilities in Gibraltar are paid

for by

the British Government. I do not know if a breakdown of the costs is available, but if it is it can be obtained from DS12 MOD.
