NOTES:

1.

Budgetary aid. Probably only £200,000 will be required by Anguilla and nothing by Montserrat. On the other hand, TCI is expected to go back into budgetary aid in 1981/82 and to require approx £650,000.

2. Though we make no contribution to defence costs, (since HMG is responsible for defence) training and the service of military advisers is available to all the territories, especially Bermuda, on request.
