ish) Holders of one of the documents specified in sub-paragraphs (a) (in 2
odgiand (iv) and (c) (ii) are eligible to enter the United Kingdom and Switzerland respectively under this agreement provided their stay does not exceed three months and is not for employment.
(i) Holders of one of the documents specified in sub-paragraphs (a) (ii) anita and (iv) above who enter the United Kingdom under the terms of this agreement and who subsequently obtain leave to stay in the United Kingdom beyond a period of three months shall be required to produce a valid Swiss passport.

(1) Holders of a British Visitor's Passport who enter Switzerland under the terms of this agreement and subsequently obtain leave to stay in Switzerland beyond a period of three months shall be required to produce a passport bearing on the cover the inscription "British Passport ".
(k) Each Government undertakes to take back to its territory at any time persons having entered the territory of the other Government under the terms of this agreement.
(1) Either Government may suspend the foregoing provisions, in whole. or in part, temporarily for reasons of public policy and/or national security. The suspension shall be notified immediately to the other Government through the diplomatic channel.
(m) The Government of the United Kingdom may terminate the application of the agreement to any of the territories named in Annex "A" to this Note by giving one month's written notice of termination to the Swiss Government.
2. The Swiss Government further propose that the provisions of this Note shall also apply mutatis mutandis to nationals of the Principality of Liechtenstein travelling to the United Kingdom or to any of the territories named in Annex “A” to this Note and to holders of any of the documents mentioned in sub-paragraph (c) travelling to the Principality. The Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein undertake to accept the British Visitor's Passport as a valid British passport.
3. If the foregoing proposals are acceptable to the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, I have the honour to suggest that the present Note and Your Excellency's reply in that sense shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter which shall enter into force on the 1st of October, 1963, and shall terminate and replace:
(a) the Agreement for the reciprocal abolition of visas constituted by the Exchange of Notes of the 10th of June, 1947,(1) as extended on the 26th/29th of October, 1948,(*) and modified by subsequent exchanges of Notes between the two Governments; and
