REGISTRATION OF PERSONS (AMENDMENT)(NO. 2) REGULATIONS

1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 7

1. These regulations may be cited as the

Registration of Persons (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations

1980.

Amendment of

regulation

Regulation 11(2A) of the principal regulations

is amended by inserting after "offence" the following

11.

"and is liable to a fine of $3,000 and to

imprisonment for 1 year".

Amendment of

12.

3. Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is

amended

(a)

in paragraph (1) ·

(i) by inserting after "identity card"

where it first occurs the following

"or other document made for the

purposes of the Ordinance or of

these regulations,"; and
